About us

I’m Freyia videographer, storyteller, and researcher of the old Northern ways.
Born in Italy, part Swedish-Sámi, and raised between Italy, the UK, and Sweden, I’ve spent the last fourteen years living in the far North of Norway, Sápmi, with my partner Daniel (videographer) and our dogs. We divide our life between two Arctic homes: one on a remote ocean island, the other deep in the tundra.

I hold an MA in Norse and Sámi Folklore and Mythology, supported by studies in literature, folklore, and sociology. My work blends academic insight with raw lived experience the land, the old ways, and the truths most people are afraid to speak.

Alvebakken our craft & film studio

Together with Daniel, I run Alvebakken: our arts-and-crafts workshop, reindeer healing sanctuary, and video production company on the island of Sandhornøya.

Our Online Store creator-run, community-focused

We run a fully integrated Shopify store synced with Google Merchant Center and YouTube Shopping, designed to make it simple for viewers to discover and purchase our official products directly from videos, the channel shelf, or the website.

We deliver made-to-order in the US/Canada, EU, UK, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand (with more regions coming). Every piece is designed by us, inspired by our shows and community, printed only when needed, and shipped from the closest region for faster, more sustainable delivery.
