Our Production Model Many of our physical products are produced on demand. We also offer certain digital products, personalized digital deliverables, and custom-made services. Production or work may begin shortly after you place your order.
1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU/EEA Consumers)
1.1 Standard Catalog Products
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to withdraw: Send an email to customerservice@alvebakken.no within 14 days with:
your order number
a short statement that you wish to withdraw
Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost (approx. NOK 80 with standard post). Tracked shipping is recommended.
Refund: We issue your refund once we receive the returned item or proof of shipment. Refunds are sent to your original payment method.
Item condition: Items must be returned unused and unwashed. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.
1.2 Personalized or Customized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items created specifically for you with your own text, images, personal instructions, or unique design choices.
Standard catalog products produced on demand are not considered personalized unless you provided custom content or requested a custom-made version.

1.3 Digital Products, Custom Digital Deliverables, and Made-to-Order Services
Certain products and services sold in our store are delivered digitally and/or created specifically for the customer. These may include, for example:
custom video support for customers
tarot or spiritual readings
personalized drafts made for the client
custom digital creative work
other made-to-order digital deliverables or services
These items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once work has started, delivery has begun, access has been provided, or the service has been performed.
This applies in particular where the item is:
clearly personalized or made to your specifications
digital content supplied without a tangible medium
a service that begins or is fully performed at your request
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, by placing your order and requesting immediate delivery or performance, you expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or performance begins.
For custom-made creative work and personalized digital services created specifically for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply once work or production has started.

2 Order Cancellations (Before Production or Before Work Starts)
If your order has not entered production, and if work has not started, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Production or work usually begins within 24–48 hours, and in some cases may begin sooner.

For digital products, personalized digital deliverables, and made-to-order services, cancellation is only possible before work has started, delivery has begun, or access has been provided.
3 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
3.1 What Counts as a Defect A product may be considered defective if:
it has a manufacturing or material flaw
it was damaged during production or shipping
an incorrect item, size, colour, or design was delivered
For digital products or custom digital services, a defect may include:
delivery of the wrong file or wrong service
a file that is corrupted or unusable
clear failure to provide the purchased service as described
3.2 How to Report a Defect
Please contact us at customerservice@alvebakken.no within 14 days of delivery, or within 14 days of digital delivery/service completion, with:
your order number
description of the issue
clear photos, screenshots, or other relevant evidence
Do not return physical items unless we have authorized the return.
3.3 Resolution If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:
a replacement, correction, re-delivery, or
a full or partial refund, where appropriate
In most cases, you won’t need to send anything back. If a return is needed, we’ll guide you step-by-step and cover or reimburse any shipping costs where required.
4 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (typically 30+ days) or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
This section applies to physical goods only.
5 Refund Processing Once approved:
Refunds for valid withdrawal claims are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds for defects, incorrect items, or verified service/delivery issues are processed as soon as the case is resolved.
Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the funds.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
6 Online Dispute Resolution (EU Consumers)
EU consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR Platform.
Norwegian customers may contact the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).
